Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible apparel and lifestyle products.

Conditions for Return

The product is unused and in original working condition
Original packaging, box and accessories are intact
All tags, labels and seals are attached
A valid invoice/order confirmation is available

Non-Returnable Items

Used or activated products (e.g. mobiles with SIM/account activated)
Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
Customized or made-to-order products
Personal care and hygiene-related accessories (if applicable)
Products explicitly marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
