Return policy

At SMARTREX VISION IT PRIVATE LIMITED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • The return request must be initiated through our customer support team.

Please note: Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, downloadable software, and customized items are not eligible for return. Please refer to the section below for further details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (such as food or beauty products).
  • Personalized or custom-made products that are made to your specifications.
  • Downloadable products (such as eBooks, software, or digital subscriptions).
  • Opened or used products (such as hygiene items or opened beauty products).
  • Gift cards or any other non-returnable merchandise clearly stated during the purchasing process.

3. How to Return an Item

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you can return the item by following these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at smartexxpvt8@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return in the email.
  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (including tags and accessories). Attach the Return Authorization Number to the package.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or if you received the wrong product, SMARTREX VISION IT PRIVATE LIMITED will bear the return shipping costs.

For All Other Returns: If you are returning the product due to personal preference or change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Processing of Return

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, and the packaging is intact.
  • There are no signs of damage or tampering.

If the returned item meets our inspection criteria, we will process your return. If the item does not meet the return requirements (e.g., damaged, used, missing parts), we may reject the return request and send the item back to you at your expense.

6. Refunds for Returned Items

Refund Method: Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in used or incomplete condition (missing parts, accessories, etc.), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model, you must return the original product and place a new order. Please ensure that you check the availability of the desired product before placing your new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at smartexxpvt8@gmail.com. We may request photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

In cases where the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will:

  • Offer you a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send you a replacement product, as per your preference.

9. Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to amend or update our Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top of the policy. Please review the Return Policy periodically to stay informed.
